The Challenge

Batley Bulldogs were paying for numerous internet connections to provide internet access across their stadium and offices. With the club relying more and more on wireless connections, it was important to have wi-fi available across the site but did not want to pay for numerous internet connections.

How OptionBox Excelled

Optionbox installed a high-speed broadband connection to the main site and then used a wireless point to point link to enable the press boxes to have access to the wi-fi from the main site. Using point to point connections significantly reduced cost as no cables needed to be run under ground to connect the two sites. A combination of superfast broadband and point to point connections was a great way to upgrade their current internet setup, provide multiple point access whilst also reducing their monthly running costs.
